The mala prayer bead necklace consists of small natural radraksha seeds, which are at the top and bottom covered by a metal cap. The mala ends on 2 bigger rudraksha's and a moon-shaped one.
The chain has 55 small rudraksha's (6 mm. diameter), 2 large rudraksha's (17 mm. diameter) and 1 moon-shaped rudraksha. The moon-shaped rudraksha is surrounded by a metal frame, from which the trishul (trident) emerges.
Rudraksha seeds are also called the 'Tears of Shiva'.
