We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address information, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you’re looking to return or exchange an item from your order, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days (10 working days) after receiving your order. You can return and exchange your product for a different product, or you can get a refund to the original payment method. Please specify the reason for return.
Upon refunding items, please note that the refunded amount will be the actual price you paid as indicated on the commercial invoice. Shipping fees are never and under no circumstances refunded, meaning that the shipping fee from us towards the client, nor the return shipping fee from the client towards us will be refunded.
Please note the following terms to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must still have tags on and must be returned in original packaging (if any).
- Returned items must have no signs of wear or use.
- The reason for return may not be caused by improper use of the item.
- Due to local legislation, items about hygiene, health, beauty and perfumes are excluded from returning and/or exchanging.
- Returns or exchanges will be dealt with asap within 7 days after the arrival of the returned item(s).
Shipping & custom fees will be at your expense, unless it is very obvious that the item has a production anomaly or that there was a mistake made by the persons employed by Woshoush Galerie & Trading. Please contact us to find a suitable way for returns or exchanges.
Any possible return restocking fees will be carried by the customer.
Contact us when your order has not been delivered within 2 weeks for orders within Europe and 14 days for orders worldwide.
