Beautiful antique Afghan Kuchi dress, richly decorated with patches and traditional embroidery.
The skirt of the dress is made of fine silk-based fabric with woven floral patterns. This fabric makes the dress a pleasure to wear.
This dress is 50 years old and is handmade with a lot of love, patience and skill. Although the dress is in very excellent condition, light signs of wear, a moth hole or/and a stain may occur.
This dress is having no pockets.
The dress can be adjusted in the waist by tying the ribbons.
Despite its high age, the dress is in very excellent condition.
To preserve the authenticity of the dress, we do not clean, mend, repair, alter or wash them. The dress will be sent in the same conditions as we got it in from Afghanistan.
This dress is excellent to be worn on weddings, social gatherings, for traditional Afghan dances or it may become an eye-catching object in any exotic interior.
We recommend having the dress altered to your size and then having it dry cleaned.
