Made of cotton & silk mixed fibres, this waistcoat is a gem of traditional Libyan tailoring and embroidery art.
The front of the waistcoat has abundant traditional embroidery all along the chest.
The back of the vest is kept plain, without embroidery.
On the inside, the waistcoat has fine cotton lining, in which 2 inside pockets are incorporated.
The waistcoat does not have buttons nor hooks, as it is to be worn open.
As the fabric of the waistcoat contains much silk, light will reflect on it, giving the item a silky glow.
