Chaddar shawls are traditional body wrap shawls, which are worn in a part of the Arab world, Afghanistan, Pakistan and India.
The long chaddar shawl is especially very popular with men and women who like to dress up with a versatile and elegant garment. Therefore a chaddar shawl can be worn as shawl, as veil, as body wrap or it can even be used as blanket during chilly nights.
The material of these chaddar consists of finely woven cotton and wool mix fabric. The cotton and wool mix will ensure a warm and comfortable feeling, without the itching of wool. The cotton and wool mix makes the shawl more resistant to the wear and tear of daily use.
