The large shawl is made of a fine cotton and wool mix. Thank to the effect of to the cotton, the fibers are more densely together and will block cold wind.
Mixing wool with cotton prevents that the wool gets itchy. This mix of fibers will not be itchy.
The cotton and wool mix makes the shawls more resistant to the wear and tear of daily use.
The shawl has a large area which has woven Oriental decorations.
