Rudraksha prayer beads (also know as rudraksh) have an important role in Hinduism and it is believed that these prayer beads will bring the owner inner peace, mindfulness and protection against negative energy.

The holy rudraksha seeds are also called 'Tears of Shiva'. They are natural fruits of the Elaeocarpus ganitrus tree, which grows in India, Nepal and in other parts of Asia. Each seed is divided in several 'compartments', which are called 'mukhi or mukha'. Our rudraksh seeds have 5 mukhi, which is the holy number for representing Lord Shiva.

Our mala's consists of 108 natural rudraksha seeds + 1 guru bead. The beads are strung on a fine cotton rope.

The rudraksha mala prayer beads are available in natural brown color or dyed in dark red.

Upon ordering, please select the color of the mala of your choice.

The size of the seeds is mixed, between 14 mm to 22 mm approx.

Number of mukhi: 5 mukhi per seed

Total length of the mala: 89 cm approx.
