If you’re looking to return or exchange an item from your order, we're here to help!

We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days (10 working days) after receiving your order. You can return and exchange your product for a different product, or you can get a refund to the original payment method. Please specify the reason for return.

Upon refunding items, please note that the refunded amount will be the actual price you paid as indicated on the commercial invoice. Shipping fees are never and under no circumstances refunded, meaning that the shipping fee from us towards the client, nor the return shipping fee from the client towards us will be refunded.

Please note the following terms to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must still have tags on and must be returned in original packaging (if any).
• Returned items must have no signs of wear or use.
• The reason for return may not be caused by improper use of the item.
• Due to local legislation, items about hygiene, health, beauty and perfumes are excluded from returning and/or exchanging.
• Returns or exchanges will be dealt with within 7 days after the arrival of the returned item(s).

Shipping & custom fees will be at your expense, unless it is very obvious that the item has a production anomaly or that there was a mistake made by the persons employed by Woshoush Galerie & Trading. In this case, please contact us to find a suitable way for returns or exchanges.

Any possible return re-stocking fees will be carried by the customer.

Each of our products has a specific use. Woshoush Galerie & Trading is not liable in any possible way, for any possible damage, harm or danger caused by our products when improperly used.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the store. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer/phone/tablet monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

For your and our safety, every transaction with (credit) cards, is checked on fraud prevention by 2 different entities.  Even when a payment for an order is accepted, the payment can still be declined if one of those 2 different entities or on our own judgement the payment, is assessed as suspicious. On suspicious payments we reserve the right to, on our judgement, introduce a quarantine time delay of max. 7 working days between the moment of payment of the order and the moment of shipment of the order.

SECTION 20 - SHIPPING, CUSTOM CLEARANCE AND TAXES

We ship your orders with reliable couriers and mail services. We use several shippers and couriers, guaranteeing the lowest shipping price possible in The Netherlands. In The Netherlands, postal fees are partially determined and controlled by the government. We, as Woshoush Galerie & Trading, can not influence postal fees and shipping costs.

Shipping fees are be subject to change without prior notification.

We are not liable for any delay in the shipping process; nor for delay in custom clearance; nor for any custom fees and / or clearance charge. These charges will be at the buyers expense.

Some of our items may be subject to restrictions in your country. With the act of placing an order, the buyer ensures that he / she did check that the ordered item(s) are not subject to restrictions in his / her country or in the country of the receiver of the order. Any possible fines, import fees and all possible judicial, financial and legal consequences will be at the buyers responsibility and expense.

SECTION 21 – ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSABILTY, LABOUR ETHICS & CHARITY

At Woshoush Galerie & Trading, we care about the environment. We do our utmost best to re-use, recycle and protect the environment. Please be informed that we re-use packaging and shipping material. Of course, we also have new materials! Please let us know if you prefer new packaging and shipping material, otherwise the materials will be re-used.

Most of our items are produced in less wealthy countries. We respect local labour ethics and pay the manufacturers reasonable wages, in accordance and comparable to the wages of that country. We do not employ persons minor of age. The exact age for being of age is determined by the laws of that specific country.

Some of our items are sold for charity purposes. This means that the profit of the sale of these items will be donated to officially registered charitable organizations and foundations. When clicking on such an item, you will find more information on the organization to which the profit will be donated.

We love animals and we strongly disagree on animal testing. The products we offer, are (supposedly) not tested on animals. We offer animal products like hide and skin. No animal is killed for this, as the hides and skins we are buying are rest products of the meat industry.

SECTION 22 - WHOLESALE ORDERS

Although we mainly focus on retail orders, we also accept wholesale orders. Wholesale orders have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 20 pieces. Please contact us when you like to have more information about wholesale.
